Finding motivation to exercise and eating clean is so hard when I’m doing 14 hours of study per day. Cannot wait for next friday!
Breakfast
-Piece of wholegrain toast with tomato, chicken, baby spinach leaves and pepper
Snack
- 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
- 1 corn cracker
Lunch
- 50grams roasted pumpkin
- 100 grams silken tofu, dry fried with oyster sauce
- salad (capsicum, lettuce, tomato, cucumber & a small bit of low-fat persian feta)
Snack
- Small piece of chocolate cake that i made for a friends birthday.
- and an extra teaspoon of the chocolate fudge icing i made to go with it
Dinner
- Pork cutlet with curry powder
- Strawberry & Almond salad without the dressing
Exercise
- half hour walk with my dogs
- attempted to do a weight circuit, but actually gave up and had lunch instead. Ugh.
